Original Book Works helps Action Medical Research

Original Book Works helps Action Medical Research

Many years ago, nearly all of us at Original Book Works were struck down with flu and we struggled to get Christmas orders out in time. Since then, our local practice nurse, Lynn visits Original Book Works every winter to administer flu jabs as required. This year the timing of her visit was decreed by her plan to participate in a sponsored walk to Machu Pichu. Original Book Works were keen to support her and Managing Director Philip Masters is seen here giving her a cheque towards her funds. The charity to benefit is Action Medical Research, one of the UK's leading medical charities which has been at the forefront of many medical achievements.

Original Book Works -first company in Cirencester to sign up to Y-Waste Recycling Scheme

Original Book Works are the first company in Cirencester to adopt the Y Waste scheme to recycle business waste. For some time we have searched for a scheme suited to our processes and are very pleased that this service is about to become operational in Cirencester. Here you see Margot with representatives from Gloucestershire First, Cotswold District Council, Y Waste and Smiths processors at the launch of the scheme.
